I can’t believe it’s October already! This year has just flown by and as my mom starts asking what we want for Christmas, I was looking back to last year around this time. Instead of Christmas gifts, we had a wishlist of 12 places we really wanted to go in 2013. Some we made it to like seeing St. Basil’s in Russia, sleeping in an igloo under the Matterhorn in Zermatt, and cruising the canals of Amsterdam. With nearly three full months left of this year, we’ll be visiting some of our other wishlist places like visiting the Wieliczka Salt Mines in Poland. And some of our wishlist places like Ireland just didn’t happen at all.
That’s why when Go With Oh contacted us to encourage us to participate in their new contest called “Be Our Go With Oh Guest Tester”, we immediately started checking out apartments in Dublin. Now, back to the apartment we’d choose. Doesn’t this contemporary apartment just look gorgeous?! I love the deep purple hues and simply, yet classy decor. Dublin is a great base for taking some easy day trips around to see some of Ireland’s beautiful castles too. The apartment is very close to the popular sights – and bars like Temple Bar – in Dublin, so we’d be right in the heart of it all. Looks like the perfect place to call home for our first trip to Ireland, don’t you think?
