We’re excited to be invited to a site visit of the Amalfi Coast’s latest hotel, opening May 17! The Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel & Spa is a 17th century monastery carefully restored by its American owner into a luxury boutique hotel. Perched on a cliff’s edge between Positano and Amalfi, the hotel has just 20 rooms all with a sea view and a state-of-the-art spa.
The grand terrace restaurant serves regional specialties prepared with fresh organic herbs and vegetables right from Santa Rosa’s own garden.
